We offer both day retreats and overnight weekend retreats at Caspian. This is great to do with friends as well as meeting new ones!

EQUINE THERAPY
Horses and ponies are well known for picking up on and mirroring our emotions, they know when you are in need of a hug! This is why they are often used as Therapy Animals. We feel Caspian is a safe place for children and adults to learn, relax and heal using the natural healing of ponies.
WALK & TALK
Walk & Talk Therapy is a great way to spend time outdoors in nature whilst talking things through. It's a relaxed way to express yourself and talk about how you are feeling whilst we stroll around the woodland and lake.

TOTAL TIME OUT & SELF HEALING JOURNEYS
Total Time out 2hr + session with breathing exercises, journalling and positive psychology & support - Includes a take home pack
Self healing journey- group sessions for anxiety and depression £10. Weekly sessions with planned exercises and goals to work through in a safe, supportive group space. 6 week blocks. Days to be confirmed to suit the group.

What a brilliant day we had. Such a tranquil setting. Relaxing yoga,delicious food and an Indian head massage like no other. Crafting and lots of laughter as well. Thanks Nicky, I’m sure this won’t be the last one we attend.
